It's learning to trust yourself again and being confident in your decisions. It's knowing your needs or wants and being able to ask for them. It's being curious and open to learning. It's making time for healing & growth. It's taking accountability and action in a way that feels right for you. It's doing so with compassion, understanding, love and kindness. It is knowing that you don't have to do it alone. It's remembering to embrace all that you already are."

To chat about what has been going for you and how it is impacting you now.
A chance to feel a little lighter, experience what it feels like to have the right support, to feel heard, understood and to begin to feel clearer on what feels right for you to do next.

Having taken the first step, in the initial consultation, these sessions give you the opportunity to delve deeper. To do so as and when you feel you need them.
If you feel you either don't want to, or don't feel ready to commit to multiple sessions and would like the flexibility that ad hoc sessions offer, this could be the right fit for you.
Whatever is going on for you now, these sessions give you space to really meet yourself where you are currently at. Whether it is in trying to conceive or navigating infertility, in wanting to feel present in your pregnancy and create the healing space you need to do so, or indeed if you are into motherhood and still feeling lost.
It is the chance for us to talk through all things, big or small, to get compassionately curious and create the breakthrough you need for you for right now.

This option offers you a little more consistency. It creates space for you to take the time to really focus on you.
The initial consultation will have given you the opportunity to reflect on what you feel you need.
These grouped sessions now give you the opportunity to take action and do something for you to create change .
To take back control and feel confident again.
To journey full circle back to the person you want to be, right now.
Creating space to explore, to get curious, to grow, to heal and to feel empowered in all you do instead of feeling stuck.
Exploring boundaries, beliefs, relationships, purpose, identity, coping mechanisms, self care strategies, emotions, timeline and so much more.
Creating change can be scary. Being accountable for that change can be equally as scary. But it can be exciting and empowering also. What you put in you will get back in abundance.
You won't be doing it alone as I am here with you all the way.
These sessions offer the consistency and space to create long term change.
All healing is self healing and I am here as a guide to support you as you journey and in a way that feels right for you.
