If you are feeling a little overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, isolated, lonely or lost in yourself and would like to connect with other mums, to feel connected, supported and lighter in yourself this group space is for you.

I keep the group small in order to create a safe space to connect. 

There is space for 5 mums and their baby per 3 week group block.

 

I have 2 lovely mums already signed up for the 3 weeks, so I am looking for 3 mums that this appeals to and that would like to join us starting on Wednesday the 15th of May. The cost as mentioned above is €45 for the 3weeks (or €20 pay as you go option) and payment can be made via revolut or bank transfer and would be due prior to starting.

 

This is an in-person weekly meetup and is based in Kellistown West, Carlow.
